The Exceptional Leader Program

The Exceptional Leader Program is a special program designed to meet the special developmental needs of high level executives. The key concentration of the program is managing those who 'manage the managers'. The 6 month developmental process consists of the following elements:

Measurement/Assessment: Includes the Edge Knowledge for Leaders and The Edge 360 Leadership Assessment.

Classroom: Six days of classroom instruction divided into three two-day sessions spread over the six months. Speakers and facilitators will be world-class subject matter experts and will discuss the specific issues and opportunities at the executive level. Some speakers will be book authors and experts from outside the company, while others will be internal leaders who work for the company.

Online courses: 15 Skill Soft online development course in each topic covered in the assessments. Can be taken 24 /7 (self-directed study) for a period of one year.

Reading Assignments: Assignments both before and after class of specially selected leadership titles.

Conference calls: Bimonthly conference calls (divided into smaller groups) to discuss development progress, as well as the reading assignments.

Case Studies: Sales Case studies in class that are specific to the business. Case study project outside class to work on solving specific challenges of your organization.

Mentoring: Each leader will be assigned a specially selected internal mentor for sales leadership development over a 6 month period.
